My carpets look like new. Had some stains that I didn't know if they would come out and they are all gone. Aaron W was my technician did a wonderful job and very pleasant. Talked me into scotch grade so I would say he did great😀

very clean, but not chemical smell. Service guy explained everything thoroughly and gave options to add or subtract services.

Sorry a little late in responding. Review for services performed 11/28/18. My third time using Zerorez. Scheduling right online is convenient and easy to use, appreciate the upfront pricing outline have never had any "surprises". When I needed to add an area the technician was very accommodating and outlined the additional cost right then.

My technician was Merick. Arrived within the designated window, very friendly, courteous and willng to address any questions or concerns I had. We had a couple nasty stains that I pointed out and he did he best to treat.

I have recommended Zerorez and will continue to use them for any future carpet cleaning needs.

The technician who came to my home called in advance, as was promised. He arrived on time, wore booties to protect my floors, and politely accommodated my requests.

The gentleman who came and did the cleaning was really conscientious and I could tell he wanted to do a good job and get them cleaned for me.

I love your services and I love the fact that there are no chemicals involved, however this time I was not please with who came to do the carpets. I don't know if they get paid on commission for adding services, but I have had it done in the past and I was charged the three room rate, as all of the bedrooms it was just around the beds, not much in any of the rooms and a living room. I was told that a traffic pattern was in an L and not a U no matter how big or small and that the living room (which isn't a big room) was an oversized room ( only one major piece of furniture was moved, so it wasn't that big of an area. I said well that is how we were charged in the past, he then continued to explain again, multiple times about the traffic path and the size of the living room, then said well I'm not going to argue with you I will just give you the three room price. I wasn't trying to get anything for free, I was just going by what was charge in the past. Then I said something about hoping that the carpet would last a year or two more and he proceeded to explain that I should not get that kind of carpet in the future because it is harder to keep clean. I get that, and if it came across as a suggestion I wouldn't have felt like he was criticizing my choices. If I hadn't needed the carpet cleaned when I got it done, I would have rescheduled with someone else. I will continue using your company but would appreciate if I am not scheduled with the same person in the future. Thanks,

We had some area rugs and carpet cleaned by Zerorez. After they completed the cleaning we noticed that a small spot in the carpet appeared about two hours after they had left. We contacted them the next morning and a manger came to our house wthin two hours. Not only did he take care of the spot, he re-cleaned the entire room!! This was far beyond our expectations to say the least. The room looks great!! Both persons that were at our house were very professional and really cared about the quality of their work. We are extremely satisfied with Zerorez and certainly will have them back again.
