My carpets were very well cleaned. There were a couple of spots that needed reclraning, and a technician came back and removed them. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The service was quick and easy. It was extremely easy to book. My only complaint it that the technician was a little rough with the hoses and equipment - a clock on my wall got damaged (I think from the hose bumping into it). The product itself was great. The carpets look and feel fresh and clean without any chemical smells or fragrances.

It was easy to book an online appointment. Then someone called to confirm. On the day of, the tech called to confirm and give ETA. Carpets smell and feel really clean and fresh. Tech was very efficient and professional!

I have had ZEROREZ in our home, so I recommended to the Kilbourn Eastern Star chapter that we contact them for carpet cleaning. Brad came to give an estimate & we felt it was a fair price. Brandan worked for about 3 hours and removed rust and other spots that had been in the basement carpet for a while. I was pleased with the results, the workers very polite and careful in doing the cleaning. I will be contacting you again to do several rooms in our home in Reedsburg. Our treasurer will be sending your payment in another week.

Got an appointment in a very timely manner.
We were moving into a different home that had dogs...having the carpets cleaned really helped with that dog smell the previous owners left behind.
