It was easy to set up an appointment online. The technician called ahead, confirmed the time and was to our house exactly when he said he would be. He was friendly, polite and really efficient. The carpets are clean, they smell great and we will definitely use this service again.

Service techs were great

Before I used a home carpet cleaner and it never seemed to deep clean the carpet. I was surprised how Zerorez deep cleaned my carpet and it looked like new carpeting. I also had my sofa and two chairs cleaned. They look great. The gentleman who did the job was very nice and answered any questions we had. I strongly recommend Zerorez.
