Great cleaning job as always

We have old carpet that are dogs further destroyed with muddy feet and an anxious pup's accidents. We called zero rez with hopes that they could at least get the carpet to a better point and remove some of the surface dirt. We had already rented a carpet cleaner and done cleaning ourselves several times - but nothing seemed to come out or look better. Their service surpassed our expectations. First they examined the carpet and gave us an estimate and realistic expectations of how the carpet may handle the cleaning. They recommended a couple treatments. The whole service took way less time than I was expecting. The best part? The carpet looks amazing and practically brand new. I'm talking about 20-year-old
white/cream carpett that three kids grew up on and now a kid and two dogs have played on.

I've already recommended them to my in-laws. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of such a service. and I'm sure they'll come back to do our grout in our tiles kitchen.
