I was happy that you sent someone back to my house at no charge to try and remove a stain on my carpet. It is better, but not gone. Not sure what was slopped there, but it is not in a noticeable location. The techs were very polite and easy to work with. My carpet is old and looks pretty good now that it has been cleaned.

ZeroRez came out on 1/28...wonderful wonderful job; took care of nasty spots and refreshed a 15 year old carpet. The technician said something like: " there are a few, maybe bleach spots, over by the bed." Well, I didn't think too much about it, until I noticed the spots a few days later. A technician came back to look them over and said..."well, maybe there was something in the carpet that caused it to bleach, slightly." (I have never used a cleaner on the carpet, let alone anything like bleach). Fortunately, three of the spots are on the other side of a bed, near a wall, so not so obvious, But, I was chagrinned with these spots. Otherwise, yes, a terrific job. I don't know if the carpet should have be tested first...the spots seem to be random. The technicians were prompt and respectful.

Friendly customer service from person who booked the appointment, to cleaner and manager helping out. My carpets look brand new. Liked that you can walk on them right away. The optional services they told me about on site made the price end up being higher than I originally expected.

The person was very nice. However, when I showed him the room areas he got a little flustered when I asked will that be ok for the price $119. He said that is how it works. I just wanted out living room done which was completely clear of all furniture. Also the entrances/walk way for our daughters room, den and our bedroom, which is about maybe 5 feet by 2 feet in each room. I know it is not a complete room, however we don't have a way of taking out all the furniture and figured he could measure or ball park the to see if it would be covered. He did the work but he was very unsure and confused me with other numbers and the way it is done. I have had you out at least 3 times and never an issue. Is there something we can do next time to help stream line it?
