Zerorez did a great job! They called prior to our scheduled apt stating they were ahead of schedule which worked out great! They were in and out within 45 minutes. No odors detected from cleaning solutions. I had a lil scare tho..my carpet buckled and I freaked a lil bit...called and Sam assured me that when it dries it'll be just fine! Guess what? It was just fine! Whew! The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet were very courteous and knowledgeable about their products and very professional. I would def recommend Zerorez and will use them again in the future. Thanks for the great job!

Clean and easy

Pet stains I was sure would never come out are gone! Technician was prompt and courteous. I use Zerorez twice a year. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The guys who came to my house were phenomenal!! First, they called and gave me an update about their time. Second, they checked out the areas and had a lot of information about the different metals and words that would stain the carpet after the cleaning. They told me step by step how they are going to do the cleaning. Third, they got a hard stain practically out of my carpet! They took it personally when they couldn’t get the stain out of the carpet. I thought it was so sweet of them.

It was so fun talking about naming the vans with the guys. We named van number 5, Van-go!

I liked the technician. Brandon, very much. He explained the process and made me feel very comfortable about it. Scheduling was easy. Price was fair for a job well done. I also had a wool cut pile chinese rug cleaned and it turned out very nicely.

We liked very much that you came back 2 weeks after cleaning our carpets and took care of several stains that had shown up again. Now the carpets look so great!!

I am very pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of the work done by Zerozez. Merick did a terrific job of listening to what we wanted done, doing the work thoroughly and checking in before putting his equipment away to make sure that ‘trouble spots’ were address to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Zerozez.

Merick was personable. This was the second time he cleaned our carpet. He was persistent with getting out the stains in the carpet and making sure we were satisfied with the results.
