The tech was very friendly and efficient. He came in with a mask and gloves and I never felt like he tried to upsell me. He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour. My basement carpet looks great.

We had carpeting in one room that had not been cleaned in years. You guys got 95% of all stains out of our carpets. There were a about 3-5 stains that could not be removed, but we had expected that.

I was very pleased with how clean my carpet looked but the next morning I could see the stains that I was trying to get rid of coming through. It’s better than it was but had hoped to get rid of them. Can u recommend a spot remover ?
