Problems: It took days for the carpet to dry. I was given to understand that it would be hours for the carpet to dry.

Also, my carpet stills smells of my dog, who died some weeks ago. I am using air freshener, but I didn't expect to have lingering smells.

I like your service and my carpet looks beautiful - but - your process is way too wet. The carpet wasn’t just damp when Brandon finished yesterday, it was wet. We took into consideration that it was a humid day and would take longer to dry, but the house was closed up - AC was on - and we had 3 fans going. We could not put the furniture back this morning, after 18 hours, because the carpet was still too damp and we were afraid of getting rust spots. The worst area was the stairs. Consequently we have had fans going all day today and was finally able to put our things back around 4:00 this afternoon. I would not want this experience again.

I honestly could not have been more thrilled with the entire Zerorez experience. I received several emails and text notifications confirming my appointment as well as a detailed email with instructions on how to prepare for the appointment itself.

The technicians who came to clean our three carpeted areas were incredibly personable, profession, and unbelievably knowledgeable. I was blown away by their thorough assessment of our carpets and pet odors within one of the rooms. We had a pet assessment done and he was nose-deep in the carpet to detect the smells! Talk about dedication! It's so refreshing to find someone who enjoys their job with every fiber of their being (carpet pun intended).

We were left with carpets that look almost brand new, just in time for starting to show our house to sell. I cannot recommend Zerorez enough and will continue to call back again and again!

It would have been nice to have been able to talk with a person before hand for some logistics. I left a message in a box like this but never heard back and so was kind of not understanding exactly how to prepare but my workers were excellent and did a great job. Also, you were able to fit me in at short notice because of a previous cancellation -- did most everything by texting, but also had a phone to reach the person that was coming. Very convenient.

We were so happy with the service we received from Zerorez. We received a call ahead letting us know our service tech was coming. He was very thorough in discussing what he was doing and what he recommended for our pet stains. Our carpets look like brand new and we are so more pleased!

Kevin did an excellent job! He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He even helped move some of our furniture! He was able to get the stains we had in our carpet completely out so that you can't even see where they were located. Our carpets look brand new again. He was also very quick. The next time we need our carpets cleaned, we will call Zerorez again!
