An excellent company. THe cleaning was very effective and the company representative who did the cleaning was prompt and extremely helpful. I believe the cleaning process this company uses is superior to any carpet cleaning other companies have done in our home.
Brandon was very professional. He wore a mask and socially distanced the entire visit. He walked my through the entire process and was honest about the product. It was thorough and took 1.5 hours or less for 3 rooms.
The carpets came out great, though Brandon mentioned a 30 day satisfaction if something comes back.
I'll definitely use Zerorez again!

The communication before and after the job was so nice. Logan was polite, efficient, and very thorough. My carpets look and smell amazing! I own two aging dogs, so pet stains were an issue. You cannot even tell we own pets now! :) We are thrilled with the results!

The base is $139. I mentioned the "Pet Adder" and it was for the living room only. The cost for that was $50 or more than 1/3 of the orig $139. What is involved in this and way so much more?
Also it may have been due to a rainy day, but it took a VERY LONG TIME for the carpet to dry. Much longer than we remember from past Zerorez visits. Why? If due to a rainy/high humidity day, I would like to have been told that so I could expect the longer drying time
