I like that the carpet is left smelling clean and not sticky. The technician is respectful of my home and takes care of my furnishings. I did ask for a specific technician, but when the technician arrived it was not the same person. I made this request in my initial appointment. When I called to reschedule, again was told it would be the technician I requested. When the technician arrived and it wasn't who I requested, the technician didn't know why. This was disappointing. The technician who did the work, did fine. However, I feel you are asking for someone specific, then that should be the person coming. If this person was not able, then I feel I should have been notified.

Zero rez did a spectacular job cleaning our carpets. We had some terrible stains that had attracted alot of dirt. Our technician Kevin had them cleaned up in no time. The carpet dried quickly and looked beautiful when he was done. No sticky soap build up to attract more dirt later. We wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company!
