Our carpet cleaning service was scheduled for Saturday and we loved that our technician didn't seem to be in a rush because it was a Saturday. We also love that it is a green based carpet cleaning company, safe for people & pets. Our technician was friendly and had a calm nature, he even asked permission and greeted our pets! The best part, he was not a typical "pushy salesman"! 10 out of 10 would recommend Zerorez!

Our couch looks almost brand new after cleaning. The first time Zerorez came out, the technician missed some "strips" along the edges of the couch and cushions and there was a noticeable difference in where was cleaned and where he missed. A different technician came out a few days later and redid the job, with special attention to the edges, and it looks excellent. Thank you!!

Good cleaning process. Carpet feels softer underfoot after your cleaning. Fiber protection seems to help. Technician fair about getting closets done and even threw in a rug cleaning.
