Merrick is very knowledgeable and very thorough. I requested him, since he was so good the first time I used Zerorez. I will always request his services. Merrick is very polite and considerate of my home. He answered all my questions regarding cleaning my expensive wool area rugs. He is terrific!

Zerorez did a great job at cleaning our carpets. Their product doesn't smell like chemicals. They removed several spots and when one didn't come out completely they returned to retreat and get rid of it, just like they promised. I looked into their technology a bit and I'm now sold it makes a huge difference. They were COVID safe and very polite. We plan to use them again in the future.
