Only surprising thing about their service is that their water suction was not able to lift areas of carpet where furniture had been sitting. That was half the reason we had the carpet steam cleaned.

We’re very happy with the cleaning job! The technician was friendly, helpful and courteous. He explained the service and provided good advice regarding care of fabrics and types of carpet fibers. He was punctual and informed us of time required and cost and benefits of various types of service. And there were no strong smells of cleaning products that other cleaners use!

Our technician explained things very clearly, was patient with our questions and the result was great. The only loose end is waiting for everything to dry thoroughly to ascertain if the cat pee odor is completely gone.

We are very pleased with the service, from Zerorez. We had them, a year ago, to clean our carpet. Now, we just had them clean the tile in our kitchen. Both turned out very well. We had Matt and James as our service techs. They were both very knowledgeable and personable. We have recommended Zerorez to others and will continue to do that.

We have three Huskies, and hadn't ever had our carpet professionally cleaned. Our tech (Kevin?) came in, and explained in layman's terms exactly how ZeroRez cleans differently from methods using soaps and chemicals.
The carpet has a new lease on life. Since it's low nap, it was easier to clean.
The price quoted at the beginning of the job was exactly what we paid, there were no attempts to upsell us.
