I’ve used Zerorez a few times but our last cleaner was the best. He seemed to truly enjoy what he does and Took more pride in his work than I’ve ever seen from this company. Don’t ever get rid of him and if anything might want him to train Bree hires with that great attitude. At my office we say attitude beats skills any day but he’s got both!!!

We did have one issue on a stain which resurfaced about 24 hours after he left. We let everything completely dry before moving any furniture back and noticed an old stain which we had treated came back stronger than ever. Is there anything that can be done? I have not touched it before contacting you.

The team that came to our house was professional and efficient. They did a wonderful job with our carpets.
The tech that came to our house called in advance, was very thorough and explanatory ahead of time, made sure all our questions were answered, and did a fantastic job! Our basement carpet was a disaster and we have dogs and 3 sons. It smells fantastic and no chemicals to hurt the kids or our little dogs that are very sensitive to chemicals.
