Merick was very careful with our walls and furniture to keep hoses from rubbing on the walls and leaving marks. He was easy to work with, gave us a great overview of the process and answered any questions we had. He was extremely service oriented. There was no odor from the cleaning solution and everything dried fast.
I liked the person who came to clean the carpeting. He was very professional and took pride in his work. The carpeting looks wonderful. Before he left he reviewed some problem areas and did a walk though of all the carpeted areas.

Just bought a new home and the previous owner had a dog. The carpets in the entire house were cleaned and everything is very clean and fresh and we now feel comfortable having family members with pet allergies enter the house. We especially appreciate that Zerorez has products to remove pet hair and dander. We love the fact that Zerorez does not put soap or chemicals into the carpet as those just end up attracting more dirt. Also, the carpets dried very quickly and we could begin setting up our furniture sooner. Finally, Zerorez offered us the additional options of two different types of products that can protect the carpets against future stains. We really like Zerorez!
