My child is in the before/after care program at Forest Lakes Elementary for PreK. I am a teacher at the school, this is her second year in the program. This year has been amazing. Ms. Chanae did a fabulous job running the program from day 1. She incorporated fun, engaging, and exciting activities that had my child begging to stay later every single day. She was firm when she needed to be, and had fun with the kids at the same time. She communicated well and we were sad to see her go.
My child's group leader has been with her for 2 years now, Mr. Noah. This year he has done a fabulous job with the kiddos. It seems as if he has fun with them and is equipped to handle situations as they come up. He is assertive and caring with the children. He communicates clearly and my child loves him and talks about him even at home.

The staff have been fantastic, and the partnership with BayCare to offer the Kid Power program was great.

Excellent for kids in a safe environment

YMCA is at school, has snack time, homework time (optional) and plenty of outdoor time. There are all kinds of fun indoor activities as well.
The YMCA is divided into age groups and well supervised. My son is in 5th Grade and loves going there because it is “fun”!

Yes , my son enjoys the the before and after school care they keep them busy and help me as a parent to have him in a safe environment. Thank you

Great staff. Some really good extracurricular activities. I.e. painting on canvas and anti bullying program.

My son always seems to have fun at the aftercare program. He has made alot of new friends and has enjoyed the instructors in the program

Before and after school availability

Staff are always willing to help the children with homework, loves to play games with the children, and our location will provide additional onsite activities without asking parents to pay.

Before and after care has been amazing. Very interactive, my daughter is always engaged and enjoyed it. It is her favorite part of the day (she does enjoy school but loves these activities.)
