Everything! The staff is fantastic with the kids and with communication with the parents. They instill the importance of homework getting done at the Y with the kids besides having playtime. Ms. Tracey is truly the best Director and her and her staff are wonderful and are an asset to the Y! Would highly recommend for someone's children!

The engagement and enrichment for the kids. My child leaves happy everyday from the activities and fun he has. The snacks he's provided are healthy and the leaders are absolutely amazing!!
The people! Biggest part of making my child feel welcomed and comfortable in her after school program are the awesome staff at her school and their active involvement with the school and program. Having familiar friendly faces at other locations on school holidays also helps my child feel safe and welcomed. The activities are engaging, as well, and my child loves her time with the program. We even saw staff members out at the school fall festival :-)
Time is given to do homework/reading daily!

The programs are fun and engaging. With previous before-care programs it felt like a place for kids to sit and play on their phones. Here, there are educational opportunities and competitions in which they participate. We love the Y program

For a working parent , understanding the need for safety and security, this program allows one to have that peace of mind knowing their loved ones are well taken care of and the kids enjoy the activities , which is not only something they can do at the program but also take home and interact with family members.
This is the first time I will rate a 10. Connor and Ally are the exact kind of employees this site needed. Prior to Connor this site in my opinion was cold, activities were few to non existent, and full of suspensions for inadequate reasons that were exaggerated to prove reason and I’m not referring to just my child. Now the kids enjoy going there! They have activities planned or out for the kids the moment of arrival. Truly a breath of fresh air and what these kids deserve.
