The ladies who welcomed me were wonderful and they knew my name as soon as I walked in. The suite was clean. The sauna was amazing! I loved watching my favorite show on Netflix while I was relaxing. The sno shower was amazing and felt so good after the heat. The cold towel was a treat! I absolutely enjoyed my experience!
Massage was everything I asked for. Asked for my input on what my needs were and focused on my upper back and neck just as I wanted.
The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The massage rooms are perfectly relaxing. Pricing is appropriate for services provided.

I wasn't overly impressed with the livestream. The instructor left the camera quite a few times which I understand as there are others in the class who pay more. I wouldn't do livestream again...free to just find some yoga classes on youtube.

Every single trainer makes you feel important
I appreciate the professional, personable trainers, and the customized workout with measurable results that I receive in a short time frame. I'm not an exerciser by nature, so this is what has kept me coming back for a number of years.
There is no question that it's easy to sell the "quality" of a DS workout, once experienced. The reality is that, although I have recommended you to at least six friends or relatives, only one came on board at DS. For the others, price was the barrier. These are people who have the money - but don't understand why they should invest in themselves in this way. I don't know any way that the price can move, given the quality of the trainers, facilities and equipment. I do wonder if there would be a way to offer a "two week, trial package" of 2-4 workouts once per person at a lower cost, to allow clients to experience the quality and benefits of Discover Strength. Perhaps those who are skeptical about such an expenditure would better understand the benefits by then.
Every single person I encounter greets me, remembers my schedule better than I do, is always cheerful and helpful. I am grateful beyond words for the amazing professional care. Dr. Guarneri really did save my life by recognizing a health issue no other MD did. I am also grateful for the excellent chiropractic treatments by Dr. Mersky.
