Client Testimonials
Great service and experience!
Place was super clean, Beautiful space and the staff was very helpful
Clean, punctual and attention to detail.
Good staff food price
I purchased a month of sessions but it didn’t work out for me. I could only recommend the Galleria location to those who live or work nearby, as timing is a factor, especially if there’s heavy traffic. Otherwise, it was nice.
Facilities and friendly service oriented.
I love the private studio we get, the cleanliness and how friendly and welcoming the staff is.
I loved my entire experience!
They are very professional and get to know your needs prior to every workout. Truly a one of a kind service and business!
I like the trainers attitude, professionalism and sense of fun they all exhibit. Since the trainers are all equally talented, I can pick a time vs a trainer to schedule my workout.
The rooms were clean. The saunas were clean and relaxing. Your staff personality was bubbly and they were very knowledgeable. And I loved the eucalyptus face towel at the end.
I could have stayed an hour.
The privacy is the best, and not having to share a sauna, watch tv or just listen to music and relax
The team is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My wife and I have greatly benefited by our time with them.
Very helpful people, nice calm relaxed space.

Friendly, professional services in a clean & calm environment. I particularly like the lower light conditions, as I'm sensitive to light.
