Each sauna suite is extremely clean. There is TV yo watch to help pass the time while sweating. There is a water bottle refill station to ensure hydration.

The private sauna rooms are amazing with the tv and showers. The staff are all very friendly. I love that my preferences are set up before I even come, so all I have to do is relax. After my session, a nice quick shower to wash my body and cool off is fantastic. Not having to worry about one single thing allows me to just enjoy

From the instant I arrived I was impressed by the staff as well as the peaceful surroundings. My massage therapist, Stephanie, was so amazing. Not only did she do a fabulous job, she was very friendly and engaging.

Quiet spaces. This is taken seriously. Dim lights and atmosphere that allows inward focus. Great instruction & true yoga practice. I feel the instructors have a deep understanding on both the technical and spiritual side.

I love that you feel so welcome, like you’re a part of a family. All the staff know you by name and make sure to greet you each and every time.
All I have to do is show up and a highly educated person is watching me to make sure I’m working out to my full and best potential. I only need to go twice per week to get great results. What they have you do is backed by science and they keep up on the latest scientific discoveries.

Perspire is a necessary health staple with the many chemicals and micro plastics we are exposed to daily. It is also a relaxing place to reconnect and recharge from life’s stressors.

The experience is always consistent, spa staff are always welcoming and helpful, rooms are spotless, and it’s a safe haven to relax in.

I love the spa however I would like to change from my monthly membership to purchase sessions. I haven't used the spa in quite some time, and I feel like it's been a waste of money. I will visit with the local spa and figure out what works best for me.

It is such a warm (no pun intended lol) and welcoming environment. I love the attention to detail the workers put in.

I loved how personalized the program is, and how they meet you exactly where you're at but push you in the kindest ways to improve. I also appreciate that the clientele is in small groups (often <5 clients in the building during a workout) so you never feel like you are comparing your progress to others. The staff is incredibly friendly, and makes you feel comfortable using the machines and pushing your limits.
