My visit was wonderful…the greeting I received, the explanation of how the sauna works and the experience of using the sauna were just as expected. But most importantly I found it relaxing and the heat felt so good. I was wary of how I would feel following but it was fine. My body felt good. I will return just trying to figure out how often I want to do this!!!

Love reformer classes with Annie in Swords. She's an amazing teacher. Lots of instruction and adjustment so you feel like you're moving correctly and not just doing workout reps.

A Touch of Serenity is a beautiful spa and the staff is lovely. I had a very relaxing facial that helped a lot with stubborn acne. The esthetician was very accommodating and listened when I communicated my skin concerns. I will definitely be going back.

Love reformer classes - Annie, Catherine B, Sarah, Sadbh and Tara are all amazing. Was off for Christmas sbc with sickness for 3 weeks sbc missed classses terribly. Delighted to be back sbc about to kickstart my next 50 class pass ack.
