I enjoyed the slow cook of an infrared sauna. I normally use a traditional sauna at my gym but can't stay in for more than 20 minutes.
I like the longer slow sweat of an infrared when I have the time.
I tried the snow shower. I have mixed feelings about it. I have never cold plunged so I really can't compare. I think I would enjoy it more if I could set the temperature of the snow shower 45 seems to be too much of a shock. That said it was still invigorating.
The one point deduction, I had an issue with trying to get my appointment online. I think it had something to do with this being a different location (previously went to a perspire in GA) I was trying to just buy a single appointment but the system wouldn't let me. I had to buy an introductory session which was cheaper but wasn't what I was trying to do and it was very frustrating. This wasn't really what the deduction was for but it factored in.
The point deduction may seem minor and it kind of is but..... I go to a sauna for complete relaxation for an hour without electronics and for semi meditation to clear my head. If you are going to have YouTube on for the intro video and the chill music, please subscribe to it so I don't have to listen to COMMERCIALS. There is nothing worse than almost being in a meditative state of mind and then get interrupted by some gross commercial.
Overall good job and I will visit again when I'm in the area on vacation

Molly is an AMAZING LMT. She connects with the body/tissue and determines which muscles need addressing. He massages make you feel wonderful inside and out. Never want to get off her table!!!

Sauna's are always clean, and it's nice to have your own private one. The cost to own a comparable sauna is expensive, and then there is no maintenance or cleaning I have to do. This is a nice escape during the winter months, and I love the health benefits and how I feel afterwards.
My daughter has made significant progress in her music learning journey and her teachers are both amazing (violin with mr Byron and musicianship with Ms Jae). The front desk ladies are so friendly and efficient. I also like the methodology that combines an instrument lesson with general basic music concepts
Getting fit again after so long of not being fit is addicting.

Convenient location. Great staff, especially Mel and Siena, but all are good, never an issue, polite, caring, and efficient.

Accessible
Not only is the sauna just amazing and my little getaway,and quiet time to myself which is so amazing but the staff there is just phenomenal. They are so friendly and helpful. Always in a good mood and genuinely happy to see everyone that walks through the door. I so appreciate that. There's enough hate an anger in the world. This is a little slice of heaven!
