Perspire Sauna Studio is my go-to for recovery and reset. The space is clean, calming, and the staff is amazing and the owners are awesome. I love the private infrared saunas and how customizable each session is. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and re-energized. Highly recommend!

When you take a class with Erin-Friday or Jillian- Tuesday their flow, precision and command of the class is phenomenal. I never walk away disappointed however one client Eileen is non stop texting. When we are standing performing and exercise it is disturbing because if she falls class is over! She is almost at any class I have attended. yes the teachers have told her no phone but her privilege attitude I’m here 4x a week I can do what I want. Dreading to see her this week. One day I may tell her get off your phone!

This is a Welcoming, no judgement atmosphere, offering a safe implementation of exercises with correction if needed to ensure no one is injured, modification given if requested or needed, they are kind, helpful, caring and it’s a fun atmosphere regardless of your age or condition. They are always there to listen and help. When you are there, you want to exercise, you feel good when you leave, and you want to go back.
I had my first laser tattoo removal treatment here and I seriously can’t say enough good things. The clinician was amazing: professional, upbeat, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. They use lidocaine (huge plus), and it made a night-and-day difference with the numbing. The whole practice is modern, welcoming, and runs so smoothly. I genuinely love this place and I’m actually excited to keep coming back for the rest of my sessions. Highly recommend!
