I've been going to Perspire in Wyckoff for over 2 years. I was first given a Gift Certificate by my wife who thought it could help with my inflammation in my should and after 4 sessions i was pain free. Since then I swear by it and it's an integral part of my wellness routine and go at least twice a week for the past 2 years. The staff is friendly, attentive, eager to please and the location and suites are always clean and inviting. They also are very attentive as they always without fail, set up my session and suite room exactly the way I like it prior to me getting there which enhances the overall experience. I do and will continue to recommend Perspire / Wyckoff to friends and family.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. A great environment to unwind and recharge!
I like the personal preferences offered through Perspire, especially the hospitality of the workers. I've enjoyed seeing and getting to know Alicia each time I visit. When she's not there all workers at the Huebner location are friendly and supportive.
This is one of the better Sauna studios i've been to. The staff are so friendly and organized. the space is always spotless and ready for you. Going to Sauna at Perspire triangle has become my favorite part of the week!

The staff are attentive to detail. The intensity of my workouts are spot on. The staff take extra time to adjust my workouts according to my chronic injuries. They focus on strengthening areas of my body to improve my functioning and pain.

I was very refreshed the next day after I was in your location in Middletown! I really felt energized all day and so did my wife! I think that the IR and red light therapy does something truly amazing to my body though I do not know exactly how that works.
No question that the eucalyptus towels are a part of the equation. Those should be patented or something.
The front desk people are really friendly and look like what I want to look like when I use your services.
I tried the kombucha and it was refreshing and pretty inexpensive ($4). Ginger and lemon.
