The customer service is excellent. I was given a tour of the facility. I was warmly welcomed. I received a call prior to my class from Inner Me to ask if I had any questions. I took the twerk and floor class. The dance teacher was upbeat and had a lot of energy. I will be back.
App is super easy, and the sauna experience is perfect.
I am a remote client so my sessions are all via video. I appreciate the ability of my trainer to guide me through the exercises and provide advice on how to improve my technique, even though this is all done through a remote video feed. I enjoy the sessions and look forward to them each week.

I had a great experience at the 7:30 pm class taught by Jordan Tomchaney on July 13th at the River north studio. Jordan demonstrated most of the moves which was extremely helpful. She had great energy, was very positive and played fun music. She’s my favorite instructor so far and I hope to take another class by her soon!

I like that the prices are good for unlimited packages if you are able to come every night. I like the variety of classes. The teachers are awesome. I like the app. It makes it convenient.
Some suggestions would be: I would like there to be a level 1 class at 8:00 pm on Tuesdays since I like to stay for the lab after my class at 7:00, so I wish I could take a class at 8:00. I also wish there were another level 1 class offered on Thursdays so I could take at least two. I drive from Lehi and so I like to have at least two classes.
