We love working out at Discover Strength in Maple Grove. Special thanks to trainers Cullen and Popo, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are getting the most out of our work outs. I am 63 years old and I am stronger than people 10 years younger than me.
I know as you age you you lose muscle mass. The Discover Strength trainers have created a program that has helped me regain muscle and improve my strength. DS works with all age brackets and customizes the workouts to your specific needs.

Discover Strength is a great place to safely become physically fit and strong!
Exercises are tailored to my goals, health and age. Each time I come for a session, my physical condition is considered before starting. Skillful and knowledgeable about exercise physiology, trainers adapt exercises to specific needs. I appreciate having an individual trainer who is consistently watching and correcting movement with support and encouragement to motivate me to do more. When I leave an exercise session, I feel like I have really done something good for my physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
I've practiced yoga at the Santosha Mission Studio for about 5 years and have also started taking classes at the Kensington Studio recently.
Both are wonderful facilities with an impressive range and number of classes as well as workshops.
Santosha also has some absolutely wonderful teachers (many who have been there long term ).
There is also a great community with lots of regulars whom I enjoy seeing at class.
It's always a pleasure to attend classes at Santosha and I can't say enough good things about the studio!

The smaller class size is nice and the overall atmosphere is very calm and welcoming.
Salt is by far the best yoga studio in Tulsa along with the best yoga instructors in the state.

It’s very clean and organized. The bathroom is always spotless and it’s new with seat covers. The rooms are private and comfortable. They provide you with towels and a huge tv to stream your favorite shows and movies on. I highly recommend! Very friendly and caring staff as well.
