All of the trainers at Discover Strength in Plymouth are amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable and really care about the health and wellbeing of all of all their clients. It's nice to be part of a small gym with a supportive community.
Everything! The studio is bright and welcoming, the trainers are sticklers about form and technique allowing the client to push themselves through the workout safely. Each client has their own protocol which allows them to focus on their progression. I also like the ease of scheduling, 30 minutes … boom in and out!

The saunas are absolutely hotter than a few months ago. Definitely upgraded! I love that it’s set to my preferred temp and the TV is already on my referred channel. The staff are so awesome also! It is my few minutes to myself weekly that I look forward to!
