I like the intimate atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff and other clients. It is expensive but I don’t splurge on travel, streaming services, etc. I consider this an investment in myself.

I like that. The sauna is clean, and in a very nice environment. I like the option for the snow shower instead of a cold plunge, and I like that. The entertainment offering are sync into the sauna, and that the sauna actually gets hot, unlike some other places.

Valentina is always supportive and friendly, sending nudges and really caring about the business and customers. The equipment is clean and there's no lingering smell of sweat. The personal trainers are always committed and tailor your training program to your personal needs.

The team here is super nice and welcoming. We felt very comfortable enjoying the space and didn’t feel rushed. We really liked the privacy of having our own sauna and shower to ourselves, plus a tv with streaming services to help when we want to turn the heat up. We felt great after our treatment and my favorite part was actually the SNO shower! We felt it was the service that leveled up the benefits of the whole treatment.
