Client Testimonials

The front desk team is always so welcoming and helpful. They greet you with a smile every time you walk in, which makes such a difference. Faith is amazing—she always keeps me informed about promotions and special offers and is genuinely happy to help in any way she can.

Coming here is one of my favorite parts of my routine. It brings me so much joy and gives me the reset I need. I always leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and looking forward to my next visit!

You have very kind and conscientious staff members. They are friendly, warm and always ask how you are feeling after the IR. I highly recommend your services. In part, from the staff:)

I love coming to Perspire to unwind! The facility is always incredibly clean, relaxing, and peaceful. Plus, the staff is absolutely awesome and always makes the experience great.

The instructors have been so great to work with as well as the front desk and admin staff. Have really been enjoying the studio.

I really enjoy the personalization and the Modern feel to Perspire, The Television, the music the vibe, & lights. Its very private, have water bottle refilling station. ( that shold be mentioned that its recommended you bring a water bottle) The staff is really nice , its an all around its a great experience.

Challenging, personalized work out with fantastic staff! Thank you!

I love the classes, I attend two mat Pilates classes a week and I always go to Becca and Carrie Ann who are incredible !! I wouldn’t go to anyone else!!

One thing I would suggest is that there are more early morning mat pilates classes. I’d love to have the option to attend more at 6:30am as this works with my schedule for work.
