It was clean, relaxing and the receptionist very nice and helpful.
But, one thing you need to improve.
To place in each room a small spray bottle with eucalipt essential oil. The wet towel is not the best, you need spray on when doing sauna.

wide range of dance types and levels, instructors are always good and classes are always fun

The privacy

Gym is never overly busy so you always feel comfortable and it makes visits more time efficient. Classes great, motivating. Good value for money which keeps me rejoining.

Gym is clean and well organised, bathrooms are always tidy, shower is good, girls working there are always friendly, parking is free.

DF is well organized; has incredible dance instructors who show a great deal of care to their students. The atmosphere creates a sense of comfort & confidence that one has no reason for doubt or fear about fellow dancers. We can all feel safe in every way. The front desk and its service employees are terrific, friendly and very helpful.
One is assured that we can learn the type of Latin dance we are taking. I can’t think of myself ever stoping to belong to DF Dance studio.

Great classes, clean studio, caring instructors

I love the private sauna. It’s always been clean and comfortable and the smell of the cold towel is a favorite.

I see Kaila. She is amazing. She really cares about me, & adjust her massage to help any issue I have. I can not recommend her, highly enough.

The vibes in this spa are so peaceful and calming. Erika did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed and stress free after the massage. My hip and leg were hurting from dancing the night before and my pain was gone after the massage. I highly recommend this spa!

All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and inspirational. They are very conscientious about how you and your body are feeling so they can prescribe the best workout for you that session. There are times I go in for my workout and I am dragging. I ALWAYS leave the workout invigorated and inspired. Thank you Jacob, Camryn and Brett for your caring and inspiration!

It was a friendly clean environment. I was informed of every step that was going to take place. The person was very helpful. I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Love the sauna! Especially the friendly staff, the location, and the sno shower.

Suites are always clean and ready to use! Front desk staff is always nice and helpful. I am almost always able to book the suite and time that I want if it’s 24 hours ahead of time, but I’m also able to usually book something that works for me within a few hours.

My one complaint would be that a couple of the suites have some squeaky or creaky seats in the saunas. Not a deal breaker but it’s a reason I have a couple of favorite suites I try to stick with. :)

The set up of the sauna is wonderful, love the Netflix! And the staff is amazing! Very helpful and friendly.
