The whole spa experience. I enjoy the sauna for warm-up before my session and afterwards, just to kind of melt away. The tranquility room is a great place to relax an unwind while waiting for Brian to work his magic and work all of the stresses of the day away1

I really enjoyed Sara’s instructing. It was nice to be within myself for an hour and half while also feeling real mind to muscle connection that I sometimes miss in the gym. I want to stay mobile and flexible as I age to ensure I can continue doing my favourite activities including yoga and I’m so excited to be apart of a community that also serves those same ideologies
