I want to thank Fiona for I attended her beginners reformer pilates class she was supportive as I had explained that I had a niggling back pain, she helped me feel comfortable and confident in my excercise, she have great knowledge of women's health left feeling, I would love to return to her classes, I would like to avail of more if she was available for more.

Ken was warm and kind, very skilled. I believe he noticed how tight my trapezious muscles were very tight so he grabbed a neck warmer. I appreciate those small details that therapists at Kume spa do that make for a high quality experience.

Cozy clean great facility
Both massage and facial were great, Pete and Sarah provided effective, thorough, and pleasant treatments. Loved their willingness to share about their work but also allow for quiet relaxation.

The infrared sauna is awesome. Love this place
I was referred to Perspire Sauna Studio from an employee of mine. I have been going there for about three years and the service is still awesome from the first day I started, even as our lives get busier by the day. I can come and relax with an option to pick the blue, red, green, orange and other healing lights according to the needs for my day. For example, if my body needs healing, I can choose the green light to get me back on track or if I'm feeling sluggish, the red light to detox instead. You can truly feel the difference, and from my experience, it's worth every penny. The manager also has a first time special for just $20.00. Hope to see you there soon!

Harkens to the underground serenity of the no longer existent float lab in west wood. A momentary zooming out from the world of dust. For maybe a moment between time, while the particles of my skin microbes speed towards infinity, I find myself in the most remote hermitage that exists, further away than the deepest valley of the tallest mountain, I am sitting in a hermitage outside time and space, perspiring. ♨️❤️🔥
