Clean facilities, easy scheduling, and wonderful staff! You guys rock!
Studio was very clean and tiny and well organized with several suites at the location to increase availability. Great setup of suites to have a television available with most steaming services. Staff was super helpful in understanding all the options that were available!
Great workout and professional. Made sure I pushed hard and got the most out of my time.
Amazing services and super friendly and helpful staff. Love it!
Andi was amazing I came in with so much pain! She listened and did an amazing deep tissue massage.
Each host or greeter I met was amazing!
Daniel was likely the best massage therapist I have ever received a massage from!
I loved everything about the visit!
It's great self care! Your business is always welcoming, clean, and professional. I would recommend everyone to go at least once!!
Calming, soothing atmosphere. Therapists are skilled and professional, office manager, Maggie, is excellent at customer service and strives to make sure every client has the best experience possible.
Naomi does an excellent job.
I am so glad we have this beautiful, clean facility in our neighborhood where we are greeted by friendly people. Each time I use the infrared sauna I feel great. I only started to fight with my recent health problems but I am keeping my membership.
Love this training center and the grounded and affirming customer care for each client. Have been going here for 7 months with the goal to increase/improve my strength as I get older, with limited time available through the week...and DS formula is a winner. I've significantly improved my strength and it has benefitted EVERY area of my life. If you're considering try out the intro session...talk to Jen or Tom or Drew. They're patient, informative and encouraging. Don't wait because life doesn't.
Love the warm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone is always professional, this time RJ was available and boy what a great massage, will definately book another massage with him.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make it easy to book even when you call in while driving. It is very clean and the hours make it so convenient to book sessions. This is my favorite place. AND..they have a water station to refill you water bottle instead of trying to get you to buy one more thing. LOVE !
Hello,
I enjoyed my expirience was very nice and I learned alot about the benefits of sauna while there. I got a home sauna or I would still be a member. Th eonly issue I ran in to was managing the subscription.
Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I love how I feel after my appointment. The rooms are very clean and peaceful. I always fall asleep when I’m in there and come out so relaxed.
I loved the instructor, the studio was well kept, and the front staff were friendly
Great service. Everything is clean. Employees alway personable. Greeted by name.
Weird to like sweating for 40 minutes, but feels great after.
A level of care you just can’t get through standard of care today. Much more thorough testing than offered through any of our major medical systems.
Friendly staff
