The group ex classes are great . The instructors are very in tune to the participants and aware of different fitness levels and offer modifications depending on how much challenge you want ! Love the Body Flow , HIIT , yoga and Pound classes..

Adult fitness classes
I simply use the equipment for workouts. Our niece was just here and it was nice to have the visitor program so she could work out (she's NCAA level volleyball player).
The wide variety of programs to fit any type of fitness/activity level. The option of evening classes for people whom work till 5pm.
i just like going to the Y to work out.
I enjoy the classes I take which are taught by Sarah. Very upbeat, fun and also meeting new people.
Lap pool we use daily. It’s very nice but water is too cold. Staff is excellent.

The instructors are personable and willing to you with you. My children love the child care the Kirk YMCA offers and it is clean. My only issue is when I hear people yell out foul language out in the facility, mostly in the basketball gym as it the sound echos. Other than that the Kirk YMCA is a 10. By using the gym I have been able to maintain my weight after losing 100lbs.

My very favorite are yoga, pilates and body flow. I like that the classes change every few months. I like community events like movie nights for families. Engaging community is great and we need more of that. Building communities is healthy and good for everyone. I wish there were more group classes for kids ages: 8-13. I wish there was free yoga for kids like there is yoga for adults. I think that we need more smart toys in children space like keva planks, jump ropes, Chinese jump ropes.
Someone to guide me through the program, like the weight loss boot camp, Brain is a great leader.
