I enjoy the group classes.
Group exercise classes are well run. I've noticed an improvement in how the teaching is done in the choreographed classes - i.e., Body Flow now has improved a great deal since I first took the class back before the switch to MOSSA.
The pool staff is awesome!!!
There is a class for every age and time of day.
I have never tried any of the programs, I just like the convenience of being able to go to whichever Y I am near. I have a home in Roanoke and Botetourt and am able to go to Y whichever house I'm staying at!
My husband goes all the time. We have moved to the lake, so I don’t go as much. My son wished they had a pool at the Wirtz blding.
Sara E is just great and keeps us coming back for her classes..

Even the appearance of trying to know who you are makes a difference; the regular patron or the causal participant seem to be treated the same
I just love the gym, working with the cardio and weight machines, and the being with other people who are doing what I’m doing. Some really young, many in their 20’s and 30’s, and on to folks I’m sure are past their 70’s. It’s really a comfortable and airy place to be.

I have not been in any of these. I always work on my own.but I really do enjoy watching Sam and other staff working with the kids in the aqautics swimming and the canoe with the kids is great I have also talked with a few of the yoga instructors I think it is all fantastic thanks Mr Name removed
It is fun and awesome to be there it make feel good to hang out and have a good time and work out with your friends and family in the same time the workers are pretty good too communicate with you about anything
