Overall I am pleased with the care Erica gave First name removed although I wasn't present to witness it as we had to return home to Regina before she started. There was some confusion with cancellation of the service and I haven't received the invoice yet so I don't know how it was billed out.

Heidi, my Mum's nurse, is wonderful. My Mum isn't always the easiest person to get along with. But after her first visit, my Mum really likes her.

You are always adaptable,at all times,to my changes or requests since first use of your servicesfrom January until now.
Caregivers at all times,were, or are, very professional and caring towards First name removed’s needs.
Follow up and reminders from management staff are appreciated,displays organised management towards clients who can be under great stress and consequently forgetful.

NND provides excellent service. First of all, they answer the phone when called. The management is very responsive, responsible, client focused and caring. The stoma nurse we have had for two visits is exceptional in her care, compassion and lovely personality. Her name is Ariadne.
