My response is performance based. Roughly ten days prior to the arrival of Nurse Next Door I received an email stating that Shelley would arrive at my condo at 6:30 am and would engage an Uber for our drive to Princess Margaret Cancer Hospital. Once there she waited with me prior to the procedure and was still there when I returned to summon an Uber for our drive back to Oakville. She took care of the cost of Uber as stated. Since I wasn't unconscious for the procedure there was not need for any further assistance. Everything that you said you would perform for me was accomplished and on time. I really appreciated Nurse Next Door.

NND are always there when they say they will be there. The care they provide my mom is fantastic. Pure peace of mind.

The person you sent to look after my wife is an absolute gem. They both hit it off almost immediately and the laughter is so good to hear. She also does some housework without being asked. I hope it continues.

Excellent, prompt response to initial phone call for assistance. All the staff we dealt with were personable, knowledgeable and empathetic. (Bernadette, Alex, Denielle and especially Nicole). Appreciated that you could meet with us the same day at the hospital and find a wonderful PSW (Nicole) to start the next night. Appreciated the suggestions on assistive devices for the home and foot care nurse. The daily emailed reports from Nicole were appreciated and helpful in assessing our mother’s progress. Communication regarding contract expectations very clear. We only needed to use your service for 4 nights so felt a little unsure giving you a 10 rating (not a long track record). However we would definitely engage you again and definitely recommend you to others. Thank you for making our mother’s transition from the hospital back home so easy.

Very responsive to our call and being able to provide service starting within 24 hours. Every single individual we dealt with, was compassionate and eager to help and answer any questions. We hired a PSW for our 92 year old mother being discharged from hospital, but only for a short-term (4 nights). We would not hesitate to call upon Nurse Next Door in future.
