Professional, friendly staff.

My father has required a short period of time each day (excluding weekends) so that a staff member can cook, do laundry and some light housekeeping. They all have been friendly, supportive, and provided excellent care.
My father was quite unwell over the Easter weekend and when I called for assistance, Nurse Next Door jumped into action, set up PSWs as per our needs, and also soothed me, indicating what to do, answered questions and said they were there for anything we needed.
It is an extremely useful and necessary service for my father as he transits between living independently at home and a retirement home.
It is a vital service to have in these situations and the quality of care is above and beyond!

The service has been excellent, prompt, professional, and catered to our needs. Love the 24 hour coverage and that somebody always answers the phone.

I feel a lot more at ease knowing that Nurse Next Door is there for my parents. They've been great about answering questions and providing assistance on short notice! It's also cut down on the amount of chores I have to do for my parents which is nice.
