Everyone is so nice!!! Very respectful and professional. They make my daughter and I feel very welcome by just knowing our names! Other places just welcome with a 'hey' and the place of where to go, but not at SwimLabs!

The video analysis is amazing! It allowed my swimmer to see what we've been seeing all along and visualize the difference between an incorrect and correct stroke. Tim was awesome and offered pointers to help achieve the corrections necessary.
Instructors and staff are personable, and instructors very skilled. The facilities are safe and clean.
I like how the place is set up and the way it is formed. Also I which this place was around in the 80's because it would have help me a whole lot when I was on the swimming team and it could have helped me train more for the Olympics Games, even though I did not go.

We love how Coach Kyle is with our daughter. She has a hard time focusing and he gets her to focus on the task at hand and she gets better every time.
My son really enjoys it and the time in the water/quality of instruction is much better than other schools.
My son had his first session with Kyle one of the instructors and we have to say my son loved it! Kyle is very good and has a nice way to teach children. It is our second time with him and we are very pleased.

Our teacher was switched from Tiara to Jordan and it was life changing. He is such a fabulous teacher. We were going to cancel after the first lesson because she didn't tell us any techniques or anything helpful. Ihad to ask her to tell me what to do on the water. Jordan was spectacular and even offered to teach more advanced skills to the older kids in the parent tot class, since First name removed is 16 months and the oldest in the group. We love Jordan!

Just returned back since COVID about 2 months ago .. seems like there is a lot of new staff at front desk and at pool side .. everyone has been so nice and great !
For my 6 year old we are still with the same instructor Kristie .. as we were pre pandemic .. my son loves her and so do I !! She’s great .. I would recommend Swim labs to anyone .. and when anyone asks me where he is going for lessons I always give full contact information for Swim labs in Elmsford .

We have had a wonderful experience at SwimLabs! Our son, Jack, loves his instructor, Kyle. He is so kind and understanding, especially in the beginning when Jack was nervous to get in the water. The lessons are always fun and engaging and Jack is becoming so much more comfortable in the water.
