Staff all are professional, seem happy to be there, and focused on the kids.
My toddlers swimming instructor has been Kimmy and sometimes Scott. They both have done amazing training with him. Because of the way they worked with him is the reason I decided to register him to Tots immediately. Unfortunately, he will now be assigned to a new instructor, but everyone I've met is pleasant so I hope it's a great fit!
The flexibility of classes
So far my son has improved is swimming. I know it is difficult but if he had the same coach all the time it would be better for him.
We were gone for the summer and he just had the 2nd class past Saturday.. I hope he keeps improving
We have been attending Aquatots since our son was 6/7 months old and now he's 28 months. He is super comfortable in the water and always enjoys his lessons. Coach Bridget is absolutely wonderful and creates a fun, safe enviroment!
The space is beautiful, the school is conveniently located. Coach Briana is wonderful. My daughter is loving the swimming lessons and looks forward to them.

We enjoy the facility and the overall swim school. Changing rooms and washrooms are frequently clean, staff is pleasant. We have had a lot of substitute instructors the past few weeks, which makes consistency for a little one difficult. It also feels difficult for our swimmer to advance, as each coach doesn't something a little bit different than the next.
My child’s coach is great, I can tell that the staff really cares! They go above and beyond for the students
The staff is great - they accommodated our daughter when she first started and was terrified, and now they are very encouraging and supportive of her. She lives to go to her swimming lessons now!

Nice pool and good trainer
We feel her progress is great for such a short period of time. The instructors are all great with her. Ben is great and I appreciate his intentionality when it comes to making sure kids are comfortable and in the right level and transitions are smooth.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Aqua tots ! My toddler has been learning to swim here, and the progress has been amazing. The instructors are incredibly patient, caring, and skilled at making young children feel safe and excited about being in the water. The classes are well-organized, the pool area is clean and child-friendly, and the focus on safety is excellent. I’d highly recommend Aqua tots to any parent who wants their little one to learn swimming in a fun, supportive environment.

The trainers are very helpful not just during the lesson but during the feed back as well. Although it’s a couple kids all learning with a coach each kid gets the time they need to learn new skills and practice them with help. Overall a great experience with the school, and the kids all use the skills they learn in real time.
Our son has really enjoyed the classes. He is having a fun time. I can see his confidence in the water. So from learning to be comfortable with water stand point, it’s been really great.
We have liked the teachers. I would ask they speak up. They are very quiet and sometimes it’s so hard to hear when our name is called or the instructions in the water. Esp when our name is being called there have been a handful where it’s loud and we missed our name. Then being late to the lessons.
The other item of suggestion is cleaning the bathrooms more often, they are really gross. Along with the dressing rooms. Everything is very well loved.
I can see the dedication and patience of the coaches to teach the kids to swim.

Coach MK has been incredible with our son & he has progressed so well in a short amount of time! We feel so much more comfortable around water knowing our son has so much more confidence in the water.

If my child is in a full class of 4, the amount of time they get in the pool can sometimes feel limited.
