Because it's a safe environment for kids to learn a very vital life saving skill, under the supervision of trained individuals. The facilities are at high standards and most of all cleanliness is great.
The staff, both the teachers and the front desk, are far better than your competition. Your method helps kids get confidant in the water rather than trying to make them look like they can swim ASAP. We've had a way better experience at Aquatots than we did at goldfish. Thank you!

We love our aqua tots family! Coach Michelle is so wonderful with our children (kind but stern to make sure they have fun but are learning). The staff at the desk is always welcoming and brightens our day! My children are like fish in the water at 2 and 4 and while I know they would love the water either way, swim lessons have taught them so much and given them confidence to swim by themselves.

Quality instruction, just limited class times on certain days which can make it difficult to schedule make up classes.

We really like that there is teaching consistency no matter which instructor our son has. The facility is always clean, the area to watch the lessons is comfortable, all staff are helpful and friendly. We’ve tried other swim programs and this has been the best by far. Super happy with Aqua Tots!

Our child has thrived in swimming since starting lessons. The coaches are all so kind and really focused on improving our child’s skills. If I had one complaint it would be that the coaches are all so good that they keep getting promoted and we have to start over with new coaches. Turnover is a little rough for us. The front desk staff are amazing! They remember my child’s name and greet us personally.
The Staff! We are always greeted with friendly knowable Staff.If we have questions regarding billing they are able to assist. If we want to purchase snacks-they bill us quickly. When I want to change an appointment they give me options and communicate with me so we can figure out a day and time that works. Best of all when we are a few minutes late and one of them needs to escort my Grandkids in they do it quickly and never complain, always my the Grandkids feel good about going to class. Also, of coarse the Instructors at Costa Meaa are the best! They move the class along and give each student time to learn. They are all so upbeat and positive. It has been a great experience for my Grandkids!

Dedicated swimming instructors and I like the curriculum they use. My daughter remembers it and makes friends, and loves going to swim class. She is determined to go through all the levels. I am glad she loves this and she is learning about swim safety, Thank you Aqua Tots Swim School!
All coaches we have had take great care for each child in class. I am seeing great improvement in my child and very happy with the results.
We love Aqua Tots! Every instructor we’ve had is great. The only issue we have is the locker room and bathroom floors. I understand this is a swim school but more attention could be paid to those areas instead of goofing off at the front desk. Hair caked on the floors. Puddles of dark water. And the kids walk barefoot in that?… yuck. Please pay more attention to those areas. Thank you!!!
The program is great, the kids seem to love the instruction.
The swimming school is very well organized. There are many teachers, all kind and attentive, and safety is always a priority. About three to four kids are assigned to two instructors, so each child gets close attention. The teaching is excellent, and the system works smoothly.
