El servicio bueno, excelente la instrucción de la mayoría, insuficientes las regaderas, a veces las señoritas de recepción ( no todas) son un poco indiferentes. >La entrada a la plaza pacífico es caotica, requieren solicitar un semialto al municipio, dar la vuelta para entrar es un ejercicio de alto riesgo.
We have loved our time at aquatots and the kids are stronger swimmers due to their time there. But the payment system is still problematic and needs to be reconsidered.
My son is enjoying his swim lessons and I can see his growth at each lesson.

We have been with them for 10 years (2 kids). I like the schedule and that I can easily cancel a class and schedule makeups through the app. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. My kids have loved every one of them.
The teachers are all super awesome and my kid loves it. He is learning very fast!

Es una escuela preciosa tanto en instalaciones como en el personal que la atiende. Los niños salen felices de sus clases y se divierten mucho que para mí es lo más importante. Ya la eh recomendado a varias amistades que ya hoy en día tienen a sus hijos ahí también.

We love the swim school. All the instructors have been amazing. The negative is that you guys close many holiday weekends and my son does a private lesson on Saturdays and whenever we inquire about makeups there is no availability.

Because I’m so very happy with the results from my sons classes.I thought that he wasn’t showing much improvement and that the classes were going to slow,not teaching him much . But he recently went to the pool with family and dove in and out of the pool in the 8ft.deep section Al on his own I was very impressed and greatly relieved.I want to thank AQUA TOTS for the piece of mind as a single father that all the coaches and staff have given me and my son ,I am indebted to you all. Thank you
