Staff are very friendly and professional
The instructors go above and beyond to make my daughter feel safe and comforted while she is transitioning from parent and tot to on her own classes. You can see that the instructions genuinely care about her and are excited when she executes a task. Thank you to Shaniya, Mia, Arielle and Selena. The girls at the front desk are also very competent, knowledgeable and helpful.
My daughter really enjoys her swim lessons. She is learning at her own pace and I feel the instructors are patient and reassuring. The feedback feels accurate and I see progress with each lesson.

Aquatots in Novi has made my 3-year old and 5 year-old excellent swimmers relative to their classmates. I never imagined to see my 3-year old swim all by herself, or my 5-year be able to do back-and-forth laps unassisted in a swimming pool. I love the class and trust the process, and it's paid off.

We love Aqua Tots Berkley! It honestly feels like a family, everyone is so kind, compassionate and welcoming. My daughter has made such great progress in the water in under a year! The instructors give great feedback and keep the kids engaged in class. The facility is always clean and the pool area is kept warm so the kids are comfortable. They also offer open swim and extra events they go above and beyond to make kids feel special!

My kids love the instructors and a a parent I love their wonderful customer service.
Por la atención de los instructores, porque el método que emplean les ha permitido avanzar tanto a su ritmo como de forma segura, mis niñas disfrutan mucho su clase y la retroalimentación al final de cada clase les ayuda mucho a mis niñas las motiva y al mismo tiempo eso que deben mejorar le ponen más empeño la clase siguiente y así es como van avanzando.
Las instalaciones son muy limpias, cómodas y cuentan con lo necesario para el arreglo y salir listos para continuar su día.
La atención en recepción es muy buena, resuelven dudas, atención amable, y en un 95% el tarjeton esta en su espacio, las ocasiones que no se nos resuelve.
