I like the variety of the classes. I especially like the cycle classes and yoga classes. I also do the step classes occasionally. The kids programs are good. I wish the summer camps had half day programs.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The Y has really gone above and beyond to keep facilities clean so that I can enjoy my exercise during these trying times.
The transition to normalcy due to the virus has been very well done. One thing is that people due for the next shift such as the exercise class at 8am on Mondays and Fridays are coming in early during the lap swimming and some actually getting in to the water.till the class starts. The leaders for the class do not say anything to them and I am pretty sure they have not made a lap reservation as the rest of us are expected to do One time I had to say something to someone who came in to Lane 1 while I was swimming laps during my laps still. before 7:55am that this was reserved for lap swimming till then and he got out. The class should have to follow the same procedures as everyone else

Programs are designed for various ages and for those less than in perfect health. Instructors have safety in mind at all times. Professional employees/instructors from class leaders to sanitation workers. I have Parkinson Disease and have maintained and improved my medical health through the Y.. Greg Eggert
Friendliness of staff, from front desk to the instructors. The community feel of this location is great! Please add more family opportunities, as we enjoyed the recent cardboard competition!

I love all of the classes that I attend, the instructors are great, the members have followed all of the 'rules', and my Northwest Y has done an excellent job of keeping everything clean and safe.

The staff I am most in contact with are professional, knowledgeable and committed to what they do. If one can't find a program or activity that suits her/him, then it doesn't exist. The fees are a bargain considering the range of options one has. Just a great place.

All very inclusive. I love them and most of the staff listen to your concerns and fix things. I would only recommend adding the morning classes like barre and make them available in the evenings. That would be amazing.
We have enjoyed the Play Center and the Swim lessons. My husband enjoys that we can let the kids play while he take time for himself to workout. I love that I can watch my child take swim lessons and let the other two play in the play center.
I was hoping for more activity opportunities during the summer for kids other than summer camp. Also hoping they will add some play center hours to accommodate the summer swim lessons.
The sense of community. Beyond programs and activities, the idea of bringing people together is what sets the Y apart.

I love how you offer SO many different classes and class times. It’s so feasible to come 4-5 classes a week....and even change up your routine! I love how you offer Parents Night Out- gives our kids community in the Y. I love the YIM program and the Kilometer Kids Program- helped my son excel better in sports and get out energy. I hope YIM stays around for the summer and Fall!! The instructors are wonderful and all have their strengths! I especially want to brag on Ms. Win for being a great instructor! She pushes you to do your best and is so friendly and approachable!
I love the childcare area- how it’s divided up among ages. My kids enjoy coming! I love how you have a playground!
