I like the spin class. I should do other classes, but I also go to Planet Fitness. I wish the spin class on Saturday was a little later and the spin class on Sunday was in the morning.
Many programs and activities to choose from. Also, staff is very helpful. My grand daughter likes the pool. I often use the recumbent bike that handicap person can use with a wheelchair. Very thoughtful.
I really liked the Coach Approach program. My coach was extremly helpful and knowlegable. I've taken several classes and I would take more however it would be helpful if the descriptions were a bit more detailed such as, good for seniors , this is high intensity etc. I would also like to see a tai-chi class added to the curriculum.

I only go to the Water Aerobics classes and enjoy them very much. My only complaint would be that some of the most popular classes are too crowded to enjoy. Adding more classes that are smaller in size would help.

I do the water classes and love them. The instructors are wonderful. I would recommend these classes to anyone.
I like the fact that staff is always ready to help anyway they can. And if you need help training they will help you at no extra cost. The Y has been great and I have told my friends and family to join.

Everything, how could you not love the Y? I’ve never worked out so consistently in my life.

THOSE OF US ON A SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME THAT DOESN'T ALWAYS GO UP...

The YMCA is more than a Gym to me. Caring about the community and espousing Christian Values is important to me. Keep it up!

The weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, community classes and pool classes.
I enjoy the variety of classes and the instructors that clearly dedicate time and energy into their classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable. I also really enjoy the play center and its variety of hours. My children also really love the rock wall but half of it has been “broken” for almost 3 months with no talk of it getting repaired.
I like the different types of group exercise classes.
The variety of classes available . I think the instructors should be more valued with higher pay. They are a huge reason this Y is so successful. I also appreciate and support the programs for my community.
I just use the exercise machine because my hearing is limited.
We participate in classes, swimming and individual exercise 4 times per week minimum. This has kept us in good shape in any weather in the company of good friends and instructors who are well trained and personable.
They are designed for us as seniors.
