The staff is super helpful and friend and approachable. The facility is clean and welcoming. They have lots of events going on. My LO is too young right now to participate but i am looking forward to it :)

Childcare makes it possible for me to get in a good workout by myself while my kids are well supervised and having fun, but there are also opportunities to work out with my kids as well. It’s nice to have both options.
Multiple things to do. I like the bike where a wheelchair can go, but I like it because I can do 50 minutes without knee getting sore.
So far I have just used exercise area and pool
