Enthusiastic and friendly coaches
Acoustics make it hard to hear instruction at times- if more coaches wore mics it would be much improved.

There is such a wide variety of activities and so many are offered on different levels. The instructors are always so positive and knowledgeable.

I liked that there were shorter Spin classes offered outside work hours.

I like that Pickleball is included - looking to learn but have not been able to attend a session as it is during work hours.

Susan Smith and Jose were providing great advice and insights during the period I was unsure due to covid.

I like to run, so I don't use the Y for the treadmills, because I really prefer to run outdoors. However, I like the group classes and the cycle classes.

Why is the integral part of the community, on a personal basis I like the fact that you have personal training and that you keep the YMCA in tiptop shape.

I like the hours that you keep open early and open every day in the general feeling that everyone is welcome there

I am a charter member who helped open the Y 21 years ago and recently didn’t get to come for 15 months and came back this week and it is so great to be back in the Y!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the group cycling classes, I never feel left out and I can always go at my own pace. I love this location specifically, the staff is always so nice and I never feel judged!

From not only a member but also frequent donors to every need you have. It's time to allow adults to make adult decisions. The sauna's need to be opened.

Locker rooms at Northwest Cobb YMCA need to be expanded and renovated.

Time to ease up on the masking requirements.

Also at Northwest Cobb YMCA - consider adding a stripe down the middle of the walking track to better separate slow movers from fast movers. Label each lane fast or slow. Add signage with bigger font indicating daily direction.
