There are several times for water aerobics.Also other varied classes to make it easy to get exercise in several times a week.
The machine room is very good.

Programs for all ages in particular Senior activities. The building is clean as well as the bathroom/dressing rooms. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I like the opportunity to meet all types of people.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I absolutely love the classes I take at the YMCA. The instructors know the specific strength and endurance I am working on and provide workouts that build muscle, help me become stronger, and able to go the distance. As I train for ultra races, the instructors and coaches have been generous with their wealth of knowledge and understanding of how to build the body to go the longer distances. I am forever grateful for their help in achieving my goals.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

This Y has the best atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great basketball court! The set up of equipment and walking track are excellent.
