Your staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It is easy to become part of a class. We are so glad we joined.
We love to walk and run on the second floor track. Also we always make a trip to the weights area. My sweet mom was sold on your water aerobics. She continued that until she was a healthy 90 years old. We thoroughly enjoy our visits to the Y. We try to be there two times perweek. Thanks much for all you do to keep the YMCA wonderful! Jan B

We receive a scholarship which makes it possible for our entire family to be able to use the YMCA. My husband and son come several nights a week to swim and get in the hot tub. Our son has autism and doesn't always like swimming, but he loves the Y pool and it gives him a chance to get some exercise in his day.
My daughter and I like to use the cardio and strength training equipment. I also like to swim laps. The YMCA gives our family the chance to work out and help our health!
Variety of options, group or independent
Senior (Sry to see Leann leave) activities more weill be nice bingo or brain games be fun....no lunch needed put money towards prizes ....

Good workout, nice people
I don't participate in any group programs or activities. I use the YMCA for the cardio and weight equipment. I used to swim, but haven't done that in a long time.
My husband and I decided we needed to get in shape and start a good workout program with our child. We went to the YMCA for help and they offered us the Coach Approach - included with our membership. This was the best program for all of us! The coaches show you how to use the equipment and develop both short and long term goals, making the process easy and not overwhelming. Walking into a gym filled with equipment can be intimidating...where to start, what is the best weight / form etc... We are now regulars and I feel really at home there. Thank you the YMCA for all you do!
I like the pool for lap swimming, but there are so many activities to choose from that I also enjoy—yoga, weights, Zumba, Barre. When my kids were young they played soccer, took swimming lessons, martial arts classes, and went to camp at the Y. I’ve made lifelong friendships at the Y.
