I like the fact that the Y appears to do a good job of trying to protect it's members with a Covid protocol. The equipment is cleaned often by staff and there are bottles of cleanser made available to everyone who enters. Masks are also available. The instructors are friendly, helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable. I mostly make use of the spin classes and free weights in the main building. This has really helped my sanity, such as it is, during the pandemic. I am really appreciative of everyone who works there, which allows people like myself to have a place to go to release stress. Thank you to everyone.
Hello. I've only been going to gym for a couple of months now but I love all the classes. The teachers are Awesome!!!!!!

As older adult I enjoy using the treadmill. There’s also exercise equipment I’ve used in the past but lately it’s the treadmill.

The programs are welcoming. The equipment is modern. I go during the mornings so it isn’t crowded at all.
