I like how the entire family can be included in the activities, not only adults and older children. The Y made the transition from adulthood to motherhood easier allowing me some quality alone time, but still super close to my daughter. Love the Pickleball and the gym also.
The adult programs are scheduled during the day and evening, so that I can get a workout in around my work schedule. Also like the variety of programs: tennis, pickleball, cycling.

The staff is very helpful
We like the broad choice of classes we could take. The instructors are wonderful. We also enjoying walking the trail around our YMCA. The classes are set up so that depending on your skill level there is something for everyone. When we walk into the Y we are greeted and the atmosphere is so inviting. It's so family friendly. We love it!
