The people who work there are very nice, friendly, personable, and professional. The instructor is very nice, personable, professional, and very attentive and compassionate to each person. The people in the class so friendly, nice, and helpful. I really have enjoyed the exercise classes.

Amazing facility. Always clean, staff is very helpful and nice. There’s always someone picking up a phone when you call.

Their something to do for everyone in your family. What I like most is the different time slots that are available. Especially when you work. The hours of availability is everything!

I love the area /location of the Covington YMCA. Also, it's a new facility and smaller so you get a cozier feel. However, it's a more open space design so it doesn't feel cramped.
